The Bigg Boss season 17 which was hosted by Salman Khan, the first episode premiered on 15th October 2023 and the finale premiered yesterday (29-01-2023) where Munawar Faruqui was announced the winner and Abhishek Kumar as runner-up. It had total of  21 contestants out of which 4 were wildcard entries.

The winner Munawar Faruqui got 50 lakh rupees, the trophy and a new Hyundai Creta.

Who is Munawar Faruqui?

Munawar[1] is a 32 year old Stand-up comedian, rapper and singer. In April 2020, he uploaded a standup comedy video named "Dawood, Yamraaj & Aurat" on his channel, which earned him his initial stardom. In 2022 he contested in a reality show Lock Upp hosted by Kangana Ranaut and in 2023 he contested in Bigg Boss season 17 and has emerged as the winner.

In the reality shoe Lock Upp, he has revealed that he is married and have a son, also ended up in divorce in 2022.

The first runner up:

Abhishek Kumar[1] emerged as the first runner up unable to beat Munawar Faruqui. He is a Indian TV actor, You tuber, Social Media influencer.
